With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Jennifer Flandez, known as Jen, has excelled in diverse roles, from Director of Education at a beauty school to teaching for Redken. Her expertise behind the chair spans from special occasion hair and makeup, men’s grooming, hair cutting and specialty color services.

Jennifer’s commitment to excellence is evident in her extensive training, including a rigorous cutting course at Vidal Sassoon’s and various classes with Redken, L’Oreal, Paul Mitchell, MAC Cosmetics, and Makeup Forever. She has trained under industry luminaries like Kris Sorbie, Chris Baran, Lori Zabel, Sam Villa, plus many more, and holds certifications from Redken for Color and Design/Finishing.

Beyond her salon work, Jennifer treasures her client relationships and delights in enhancing their beauty, whether for weddings or daily life.

When not styling, she enjoys family time with her 3 daughters and boyfriend, hiking, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences.
